FIN and Cré Wines bring you ‘Cabin Fever’ for the opening weekend of Fireside 2022.
THE WHOLE BEAST Ioreth Tudor (Wolf + Swill) will be standing over the hot coals on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th, serving up a whole lamb spit. Tender juicy pieces of lamb served in his slow fermented flat breads.
If meat is not your thing, you will be sure to find charred eggplant lathered in tahini and herbs in that soft fresh flat bread.
$37pp includes a glass of wine (or beer) and lamb or eggplant flatbread. Wines will also be available for purchase by the glass or bottle from cellar door.
