You will feel right at home when you join us at The Conservatory at Villa Sophia for a wine tasting with a difference.

While you warm up by the fire — with an unrivalled backdrop of Yarra Valley vineyard views, our knowledgeable team will take you through a tasting of Syrah and wines related to Syrah, while learning about the history, origins and why we produce this rich, powerful red from the Rhône Valley of France.

After tasting, stay awhile to enjoy the view and a glass of wine with a bowl of hearty Italian ham hock stew and fresh crusty bread. To finish, indulge in Chef Jak’s Sticky Grape Pudding!
