The owners are seeking Expressions of Interest from parties that have an interest in purchasing the site or individuals or a consortium interested in leasing the winery in full or in part. Any lease would be assigned to a new owner as a condition of sale. The iconic 3.5 Ha vineyard (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon) may also be available for lease.
