Argentinian Asado is a must-try on every foodie’s culinary bucket list.
This one-off dinner event showcases this traditional South American style of cooking over coals with a distinctly Yarra Valley flavour, as we celebrate our region’s amazing producers in a memorable night of fire, food and wine.
Enjoy an indulgent four-course feast created by Oakridge Executive Chef Aaron Brodie, including house-made morcilla, whole butterflied Yeringberg lamb and dry-aged Springbrook beef, cooked before your eyes over a traditional Asado firepit. Paired (of course) to a curated selection of Oakridge’s award-winning reds – including rare back-vintage wines sourced from the Oakridge cellar especially for the evening.
