Join head chef Soren Thogersen and Winemaker and General Manager Dylan McMahon for a dinner experience celebrating fire and smoke.

Seated within our beautifully appointed Homestead overlooking the vineyards, Phillip Johnson native gardens, open fire pits, and with the open fires roaring in the background, the Seville Estate team will deliver canapés and drinks followed by a 5-course, shared meal with matched wines.

Soren will bring innovative food cooked directly on coals, and Dylan will raid the cellar for some spectacular wines to match, including back vintages and magnums from the Estate and Reserve ranges. With a focus on local produce and bold flavours, this is a dinner not to be missed!

Vegan options available, and dietary requirements can be catered for (please advise in your booking notes).

Pepper and anise glazed beef short rib with smoked potato
Pit-cooked pumpkin, smoked fetta, pepitas

Smoked apple pie, tonka bean Fontainebleau
