To celebrate winter, Medhurst Wines and Ramarro Farm bring you a very special low-and-slow menu, paired with exclusive museum releases. Get toasty by the firepit with marshmallows and take in the spectacular view of the Valley. Joel Alderdice prepares a 3-course shared menu, sourcing local ingredients to reflect the season.
