On arrival: NV Dominique Portet Brut Rosé

Beetroot tarte, fig jam, goats cheese, apple balsamic

Paired with 2021 Dominique Portet Fontaine Rosé

Paired with your choice of 2018 Dominique Portet Origine Chardonnay or 2018 Dominique Portet Single Vineyard Cabernet Malbec
