2021 Alkimi Wild Dreams Rosé

The fruit for this Rosé is sourced from a small block of 25+ year-old Syrah vines in Silvan. After being handpicked, the grapes were gently pressed and left to naturally ferment for 6 months. The resulting style is a little funky with lovely ripe pomegranate and white pepper notes typically found in cool climate Syrah. Lots of fresh acidity makes this a great summer tipple!
