Tickets include a glass of Giant Steps Rosé or Causes and Cures cocktail with a Quartet oyster platter (4 oysters), or double-up on shucked goodness for an additional $20.

Immerse yourself in our relaxing cellar door courtyard. Sit back and enjoy a chilled glass of 2021 Giant Steps Yarra Valley Rosé or a cheeky blood orange cocktail mixed with the infamous Causes & Cures Vermouth.

A selection of beautiful, fresh oysters will be available from Pearl Oyster Cart, inspired by the original oyster carts that once lined the length of Pearl street in New York City, served with rosé granita and mignonette with fresh lemon – the perfect accompaniment on a warm spring day!

Quartet oyster platter- $37 pp (4 oysters)
Octette oyster platter – $57 pp (8 oysters)
