2018 Alkimi MarsanneAlkimi – taken from the phonetic spelling of Alchemy, meaning ‘creating the elixir of life’, and this Marsanne is a perfect example of this! Pale straw in colour, citrus blossom in aroma and peach, beeswax and marzipan on the palate – this one was made for seafood.
2016 Alkimi SyrahKnown as “The Good Earth” Syrah, this fruit was picked from the Warramunda vineyard in the lower Yarra Valley. A vivid ruby appearance with notes of violets, lavender and herb garden on the nose. The palate shows mouth coating, polished tannin. Red cherry, dark chocolate and spice notes carry throughout. Pair with a T-bone steak or warm cassoulet and your tastebuds will be thanking you.
Bobar 2018 ChardonnayAn expressive and rich nose. Fleshy stonefruit, preserved lemon, praline and freshly baked bread. The palate is textured, long and structured. Pithy citrus acidity is balanced against the rich flavours to give a harmonious and neat palate.
Bobar 2018 SyrahA delicate and light style, 100% whole bunch and made with minimal sulphur dioxide. A fragrant, fruit and earthy nose of peony rose, cranberry, black currant, mulberry and bouquet garni with threads of liquorice and green peppercorn. The palate is light-medium bodied, with fine and subtle tannins and fresh berry characters. A slight spritz and cleansing acidity that gives the wine form, length and energy.
Chandon SThe CHANDON S is made from a blend of Chandon Sparkling and hand crafted Orange Bitters, a refreshing aromatic sparkling, best enjoyed over ice with a twist of orange. A reinterpretation of the original Champagne Cocktail, CHANDON S is alive with zingy notes of orange and subtle spices. CHANDON S with Orange Bitters bends traditional sparkling rules. Recommended serve for CHANDON S, simply pour 120ml of Chandon S into a stemless glass. Add ice up to 2cm from top of the glass and garnish with a twist of orange peel.

Giant Steps Applejack Vineyard Pinot Noir 2018Applejack Vineyard, in the upper Yarra Valley, was planted by respected viticulturist Ray Guerin. The higher altitude results in a cooler and extended growing season, ideally suited to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay (3-4 weeks later than central Yarra Valley). Applejack Vineyard is located on a dramatic slope and is close planted and fastidiously managed. The basalt based underlying volcanic soil and rock produce a characteristically fine yet extended, spicy and firm palate.

Kellybrook 2018 Sparkling Blanc de BlancThis Methode Tradionelle Blanc de Blancs sparkling has been grown, made and bottled entirely on the Wonga Park property. After the secondary fermentation, the wine remained on yeast lees for 12 months in bottle and has developed subtle brioche and creamy tones during this time. Crisp citrus and floral notes are beautifully woven throughout and only a small dosage (3g/L) was made at disgorgement.

After originally planting just two rows of Chardonnay in 1977, the results inspired planting a further 0.8 Hectares in 1984. These vines are hand pruned, dressed and harvested. Made without added yeast, fining or filtration, this wine is estate bottled, with a limited production of 3,050 bottles.
2019 Punt Road Pinot GrisDue to perfect ripening conditions for Pinot Gris in 2019, Punt Road harvested a touch earlier than normal. Most of the harvest saw a few hours skin contact to build flavour. Punt Road Wines pressed the fruit hard, to add as much texture and flavour. 30% of the wine is fermented naturally in oak. The remaining is fermented in a stainless steel to allow freshness and vibrancy. You’ll find Beurre Bosc pear, vanilla and white jelly bean in this refreshingly bright wine. Perfectly enjoyed on a sunny, warm afternoon!
2019 Punt Road GamayThe Punt Road Gamay vines thrived on the warmer ripening periods of January and February in 2019. The aim of the Punt Road Gamay was to showcase the depth and vibrancy of the fruit, to build a wine that has the same presence and drive seen in great Beaujolais. Enjoy the notes of Redskins, orange peel and juniper berries on the nose, and graphite, cherry and vanilla on the palate.
2018 Rob Dolan White Label ChardonnayThe Rob Dolan White Label Chardonnay offers a great balance of oak and flinty character. Due to the young age of this wine, you’ll find beautiful fruit and minerality. The fruit is sourced from Willowlake Vineyard, a colder, higher elevated vineyard, offering acidity that leaves you feeling refreshed.
2017 Rob Dolan Signature Series Pinot NoirThe Rob Dolan Signature Series Pinot Noir is earthy with savoury notes and a hint of blush fruit. Vintage conditions for 2017 were well equipped for Pinot Noir growing, slightly cooler, allowing for longer ripening periods leading to serious complexity in this wine. The smooth, velvety tannin leaves unbelievable texture and a lingering finish.
Santolin Wines 2019 Cosa Nostra ArneisCOSA NOSTRA. n. [Italian, literally: our thing] This fruit was hand-picked from the Murrumong Vineyard in Coldstream. One of the few vineyards in the Yarra Valley with this variety. Whole bunch pressed for a beautiful textual style, and fermented in old oak barrels. Post ferment the wine stayed in oak on full solids for 4 months. No fining agents used. Single filtration prior to bottling.

2018 Serrat ChardonnayThe Serrat Chardonnay is made from 100% Mendoza clone, from a vineyard planted in 2007. Fermented in French oak puncheons on lees for 11 months, with 15% being new oak. Loaded with stone fruits, rock melon, grapefruit and citrus notes, there is an underlying thread of complexity found in this Yarra Valley Chardonnay.

The fruit is entirely grown and handpicked on the family estate vineyard in the Yarra Valley. Vibrant ruby in colour, it offers a full palate with firm tannins with hints of blackberries and chocolate.

Inky purple in colour with dark cherries, chocolate, spice and earthy undertones. Medium-bodied and well structured, with fine tannins and a persistent bead.
2017 Warramate CabernetShows signature blackcurrant and sarsaparilla notes well supported by integrated leafy characters, synonymous with the variety. A medium-bodied “classic” claret style featuring a succulent, bright fruit layered palate integrated with earthy complexity and very fine dusty tannins. Given the youthful exuberance it currently displays, it is ready for immediate enjoyment. Expect a mellow and graceful evolution for 8+ years under suitable cellaring conditions.
2018 Yarra Yering Shiraz TourigaMade with 55% Shiraz and 45% Touriga Naçional, this interesting blend made by Yarra Yering offers an exotic floral fragrance, boysenberry fruits, black plums and cured meat char. Shiraz brings a juicy expansive fruit palate and minimal tannin extraction. The Touriga Naçional, being naturally high in tannins, brings structure and spice to the blend.
