Oakridge Wines & Royal Mail Wines Victorian Farm to Fork Dinner
he Royal Mail Hotel’s Executive Chef, Robin Wickens is teaming up with Matt Stone, Head Chef of the Yarra Valley’s Oakridge Wines, to create two six-course farm to fork dinners in 2017. To celebrate their love for organic, home grown produce, the menus will hero the seasonal food grown from their very own kitchen garden harvest. Each dish will be matched with local wines for $230 per head. 7pm start.
