Job Title: CD and Restaurant Supervisor
Soumah are looking for an energetic and wine loving individual who wants to work day shifts only in a busy cellar door and restaurant. Working closely with our CD and Restaurant Manager, your main role will include the following:
- maximise wine sales through engaging tastings in cellar door and hosting structured premium tastings and masterclasses when required
- manage daily operations of our restaurant, including training and directing staff
- set up, pack down and cleaning across all areas of the venue
- processing and packing wine of our membership program and other orders
This is a full time position including working both weekend days and public holidays and we expect that you would live within a reasonable commute to Soumah. Proven experience in hospitality is essential.
