About the role…
- Overseeing the daily operations of the Cellar Door and coordinating the team
- Welcome and engage with visitors, providing expert knowledge about our wines, winemaking processes, and the rich history of Helen & Joey Estate
- Conduct wine tasting and guide guests through a delightful experince
- Manage reservations, coordinate events
- Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Maintain inventory, monitor stock levels, and showcase our wines to attract interest
- Commitment to increasing visitation and customer satisfaction
About you…
- Proven experience in a Cellar Door environment or wine industry with a solid foundation in customer service
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team
- A deep appreciation for wine and a desire to learn more
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills and the capability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in POS systems and basic computer skills
