No7 is excited to collaborate with legendary Melbourne venue Bar Liberty on Sunday July 9th.
Head Chef Zackary Leon Furst (Bar Liberty) and Joel Bowers (No7) will share the kitchen for a one-off 5-course long lunch. Expect Furst’s passion for pickling, preserves and ferments meeting Bowers’ love of spice, smoke and fire.
Josh Begbie (Liberty) together with Spike Frazer (No7) will be raiding the cellar, pouring gems from the world’s best organic producers alongside Liberty’s signature cocktails.
