• Bruce Lang, Finestra, whose vineyard sits next door to Yeringberg

Guests taste a Cabernet from each winemaker and hear first-hand what the Yarra Valley’s climate gives the variety, how they grow and make it, and where it is heading. Cabernet in Conversation is ticketed separately from the dinner.
