SPECIAL EVENT - FIRESIDE WINE TRAIL

Healesville | Saturday June 27, 2026 | 5pm-10pm

Saturday June 27 will see Healesville venues host 28 wineries from across the Yarra Valley, bringing the wines to you. With hop-on, hop-off shuttle buses between six venues, you can experience the diversity of Yarra Valley wineries in one night!

Discover the sub regions, meet the winemakers, taste and purchase the wines – within these iconic venues that are the hotspots of food and wine in Healesville. With fire themed food, fires glowing and live music and DJ’s to chill or fire up to, book your tickets and join us.

Each ticket provides a full variety of tastings with your own special edition glass, and the hop-on, hop-off shuttle between venues.

Fondue & Bingo

June 12 – 27

Warm up this winter at Chandon with a flame-lit fondue experience that brings a little theatre to the table. Paired with sparkling wine and a self-guided game of bingo, played at your own pace, it’s a relaxed, social way to gather, share and linger over comforting flavours in the Yarra Valley.

Bookings at $80pp includes:

Shared cheese fondue with seasonal accompaniments.

A S’more-inspired chocolate tartlet to finish.

Three paired Chandon wines sparkling wine.

Fireside Garden Picnic

Saturday 13 June 
Gather outside the cellar door under a canopy of fairy lights around our roaring firepit for a glass of mulled wine and fresh flame-grilled bites from 5pm onwards.

A cosy winter escape in our manicured gardens with vineyard views. Arrive to two glasses of house-spiced mulled wine, choose your bottle of De Bortoli estate wine, then settle into your private high-top table with gas heater and throw blankets while we deliver a gourmet cheese platter.

The Raclette Experience

With fresh truffle and wine – a Fireside Experience. Grill your own raclette over an open fire, topping with freshly shaved truffle and a side of crusty baguette – Alongside, Jayden Ong Chardonnay.

A Fireside Dinner Experience

On Fireside Fridays Winery is serving up a slow braised Italian classic – Osso Bucco, paired with Yarra Valley Sangiovese. Rich, generous and deeply satisfying!

A Fireside Dessert Experience

Toast house-made rose marshmallows over the open fire, and enjoy with rich warm pistachio brownie, a glass of Moonlit Forest Prosecco alongside.

Join us at St Hubert’s Cellar door between the 12 & 27 June for Alpine table. A tasting experience inspired by the winery’s Swiss heritage. Enjoy six premium wines paired with traditional raclette & accompaniments, with an exclusive special price on a 6 pack of the wines you taste on the day.

June 12, 19 & 26 from 4pm

Indulge in a Fire-themed tasting flight, with Punt Road and Napoleone. Each Friday will feature a different flight theme being Whites, then Reds, finishing with Cider.

What transport is there for the Healesville Fireside Wine Trail?

Free shuttle buses will be running between Healesville venues:

Stop 1: Green Street (for Barrique and Healesville Hotel)

Stop 2: Lilydale Road (for Four Pillars Distillery and Payten & Jones)

Stop 3: Hunter Road (for Giammarino Wines)

Stop 4: Hunter Road (for Jayden Ong Winery & Cellar Bar)

Walking between venues is not possible between the 3 zones – shuttle buses provide a safe transit throughout the event.

What's included in the ticket price for the Fireside Wine Trail?

Each paid ticket includes a souvenir wine glass, unlimited tastings and the Healesville venues shuttle bus

What food is on offer at each venue?
