A night of funkadelic wines and wild tunes with plenty of whole bunch and skinsy ensembles, plus mezcal negronis and DJ Ennio Styles.
Tickets $68pp. Ticket includes a delicious two-course barbeque menu. Additional seafood dishes will be available to add to your menu on the night.
Oyster and fermented chilli
Galactic cheese, seasonal vegetables, giardiniera, marinated olives, salami, mixed anchovies and baguette
Wood-fired flank steak (Grain fed marble score 5) served with grilled onions and chimichurri sauce
Grilled asparagus, brown butter sauce
Ramarro leaf and herb salad, house vinaigrette
