MOVEWELL TRAINING, EMPLOY HEALTH
The training focuses on:

• Preparing your body for manual work- completing the dynamic warm up training and evidence behind the benefit of this.
• Understanding manual handling risk.
• How to move well at work – key items in preparing for a manual task
• Managing your body – education and advice around self-management strategies and support.
• Completion of a practical application to the training e.g reviewing the process with manual handling hoses in the winery.

This training is conducted by Employ Health.
