Celebrating our 40th Anniversary of Noble One
De Bortoli presents a rare opportunity to taste some older vintages of Noble One accompanied by an inspired menu created by our Executive chef, Maurizio Esposito and his team.
Darren De Bortoli created Noble One at our family winery in 1982, to this day it is still one of the most awarded wines in history. More than three decades after this pioneering Botrytis Semillon took the world by storm, internationally acclaimed Noble One remains the benchmark of Australian ‘Botrytis’ dessert winemaking. To acknowledge the success of this fine wine, De Bortoli Wines are ‘Celebrating Life – Each and Every Moment’.
Cost: $160pp includes canapes and 4 course dinner with matched wines
Time: 6:00pm arrival for canapes and Noble One cocktail – dinner commencing at 6.45pm
