Join us for a special collaboration for the Fireside Winter Feast Series for 2023! Enjoy an evening of roaring flames, sumptuous wines and peak Melbourne Winter dining.

Canapes to start, followed by three courses, matched with a selection of Museum and current release Rob Dolan Wines. Experience two vertical tastings, showcasing youthful current release Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon alongside a hand-picked selection of beautifully aged Signature Series wines. The night will finish off with cheese and a decadent Rob Dolan late harvest Semillon from our very first vintage. Ben Dolan will be in attendance to talk about all things winemaking and the Yarra Valley.
