Join us at Heartswood as part of Wine Yarra Valley’s Fireside Winter Feast Series as we celebrate the best of the Yarra Valley.
Indulge in canapes served fireside with a glass of 2015 Yarra Yering Sparkling Blanc de Noirs on arrival, followed by a decadent four course menu by Executive Chef Matt Binney which highlights locally grown Black Truffles, Yarra Valley Caviar and exquisite seasonal produce from the finest local farms.
Each of the four courses will be accompanied by two Yarra Yering wines, including one current release and one museum release, expertly paired by acclaimed Winemaker Sarah Crowe.
