Centare Vineyard is one of the most exciting vineyard projects in the region. Original ‘Old Block’ plantings date back to 1998, but 2020 sees the establishment of a unique, very high density Cabernet Sauvignon themed vineyard – with the vision to produce some of the best wines in the country, if not the world.
