Mac’s operation is based in the Yarra Valley and includes his Graceburn Wine Room – an urban cellar door in small-town Healesville, offering tastings of the full Mac Forbes range in the Wine Room from Friday to Sunday 12 and Graceburn Bistro, an intimate dinner offering from 6pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.
