NineOneSix is produced from a single five acre – pinot noir only – vineyard in Steels Creek. At its core, NineOneSix showcases site and seasonal variations which the Steels Creek microclimate brings.
Harvest is deliberately limited in quantity, handpicked, and segmented by distinctive fruit characters; under the guidance of Viticulturist John Evans. Winemaker Ben Haines’ intent is as pure and simple as possible: to create expressive wines with natural balance, harmony and longevity.
