Wine Yarra Valley Monthly Newsletter Subscriber Draw – Terms & Conditions

Promoter
Yarra Valley Wine Growers Association Inc. ABN 44 253 481 941 (trading as Wine Yarra Valley).

Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

How to Enter
Individuals who subscribe to the Wine Yarra Valley consumer newsletter via the website during the promotional period will receive one entry into the monthly draw. Limit of one entry per person per month.

Promotional Period
The promotion runs on an ongoing basis, with one draw conducted each calendar month.

Prize
One (1) mixed dozen of premium Yarra Valley wines, selected by Wine Yarra Valley. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Draw Details
The draw will take place at the Wine Yarra Valley office within seven (7) days of the end of each calendar month. The winner will be selected at random.

Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

Alcohol Disclaimer
The prize contains alcohol. Liquor will only be awarded to persons aged 18 years or over.

Promoter’s Rights
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if required by circumstances beyond its control.
