It’s back! ASADO is returning to Oakridge this winter. A sell out event at last year’s Fireside Festival, ignite your senses as we serve up an Argentinian-inspired feast cooked to perfection before your eyes over a traditional Asado fire pit.
This one-off menu, created by Oakridge Executive Chef Aaron Brodie will showcase wild caught game and Aaron’s mastery of the art of cooking over coals.
We’ve also scoured the depths of the Oakridge cellar, to bring you an impressive selection of rare back vintage magnums exclusively on pour for the evening.
