Feast with Fire at De Bortoli Wines

Our head chef has created an indulgent sharing style menu that is a taste bud sensation. The ‘La Famiglia’ shared dining experience emulates an Italian family feast – Platters of our chefs very best locally picked produce from our property.

We will be joined by one of our family winemakers , Kate Webber on the night to talk all things wine with a tasting. As the daughter of Yarra Valley Estate Manager, Leanne De Bortoli and Chief Winemaker, Steve Webber, it was inevitable that Kate was constantly drawn to the industry and the wine world as she was growing up. People are also a big part of what Kate loves about winemaking; her colleagues, the new people she gets to meet and most of all, the thrill of getting to see people enjoy the wine she has helped to make.
