We all on occasion wish for a simple life. Being outdoors with nature all around, the smells, the earth, and the elements.
On Saturday 16th July, Bente Grysbaek will join us at Seville Estate to create fire, coals, smoke, and beautiful produce.
Cooking in nature is where she is happiest with memories of her childhood in Denmark and how her love of cooking started with fire.
Four courses of stunning local produce, matched with the delicious and complex wines of Seville Estate from the current vintage along with back vintages. Made by Dylan McMahon who has wandered these vineyards all his life, kicking the dirt and respecting the environment. We’ll commence the dinner whilst still light with Bente demonstrating her fire making and cooking techniques building our appetites in the fresh, crisp air.
