Four Pillars Gin is a craft gin distillery, established in 2013 and based in Healesville, Yarra Valley. We use copper pot and column stills to batch distill our Rare Dry Gin, Navy Strength Gin, Spiced Negroni Gin and Bloody Shiraz Gin, as well as barrel-aged gins and one-off collaborations.
