11am: Wine masterclass

During the masterclass, you’ll try a selection of stunning varieties, and the Rob Dolan team will break down wine terminology, enriching the experiences to come.
12:30pm: Wine tasting and lunch
Later, indulge in the beautiful selection of tasting wines at Medhurst. You can then have lunch at their restaurant, which boasts an ever-changing menu made up of the best local produce, crafted to match with their highly acclaimed wines.
3pm: Check-in and afternoon drinks

6am: Hot air balloon ride

11am: Picnic supplies
After you’ve come back down to earth, you can prepare for an early-afternoon picnic and select some Australia’s finest cheeses. 3pm: Finish with some Art
